Our discovery phase is similar to the way you work with your clients at the beginning of a project. Senior-level consultants work with your team to collect, formalize, and prioritize requirements. We prepare and assess budgets, prepare recommendations, and develop project execution plans to meet your objectives.
A successful discovery defines the four w's: "what, who, when, and why" of your software solution. During discovery, we:
• Listen carefully to make sure we understand your business and IT needs.
• Share and demonstrate additional information about available technologies and configurations, including alternatives.
• Create prototypes so you understand how your solution will look and be used when it’s complete.
Discovery efforts vary, from a 30-minute phone call to a multi-month series of workshops, site visits, deliverables, and presentations.
Read a recent review from a valued client of ours who just transitioned from Sage Pervasive to Sage SQL.
I would like to thank you and Eos Group for an excellent experience in our recent Sage upgrade.
The scope of work on this project was complicated and kept shifting. Throughout the struggles and bumps, Greg Bloom kept us on track, as he fulfilled all his commitments to us and then some. He was timely, thorough, conscientious and, perhaps most important from a project management viewpoint, an excellent communicator. His knowledge of the product and its many add-ins was remarkably deep and we felt confident with his expertise for the duration of the project. The implementation has brought tremendous value to Swinerton’s estimating staff.
The experience was so successful that we are happy to enter into an ongoing support agreement with Eos, to help us with all our Sage-related needs, and continue this excellent working relationship.
It was an outstanding project, and we couldn’t be happier with Greg, you and Eos as a whole. Thank you very much."
-M. Sarvas; Technology Project Manager, Swinerton

During the planning phase, our team takes the findings from the discovery phase and collaborates with your stakeholders to finalize an approach for moving forward. The result is often a recommendations report and project execution plan that includes prioritized scope, schedule, and budget baseline so you have the details you need to make informed decisions about the project.
