Nick Papadopoulos, President

Mr. Papadopoulos has more than two decades experience in the AEC industry, including six years at Timberline Software Corporation where he was a consultant, project manager and software designer. He has worked as an estimator and project manager on residential, commercial and industrial projects. He has implemented more than 100 Timberline cost estimating systems worldwide.

Mr. Papadopoulos holds a graduate degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and an undergraduate degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

He is a certified Timberline Estimating consultant, has lectured at Stanford University, California Polytechnic Institute, Penn State University, The University of Florida, US Army Corps of Engineers and has been a speaker at AEC trade shows.

Steve Anderson, Vice President

Mr. Anderson spent 10 years in the construction industry before becoming involved in AEC software. His construction experience includes estimating, scheduling, project management and costing in the commercial, industrial and utility construction sectors.

He moved from construction to the world of AEC software in 1984 when he became an estimating systems consultant. He implemented over 40 computerized estimating systems for contractors all over the U.S. In 1987, he began development of PC-based estimating and engineering programs and founded Paydirt Systems, Inc. In 1990, he moved to Timberline Software where he spent 7 years as the designer of a variety of estimating software modules. In 1997, he helped found Eos Group and now focuses on designing and building highly-tailored custom software for a variety of business disciplines.

Mr. Anderson has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has completed dozens of courses in systems analysis, software development and user-interface design. He has written articles for numerous trade publications and has been a speaker at trade shows and AEC seminars worldwide.

Greg Bloom as Director of Development, oversees the successful development of Eos products and custom solutions. Greg has been with Eos Group since 2000 serving in a variety of client facing roles. With his rich background of business analysis and system implementation experience he is able to effectively guide the development staff as they assist enterprise clients in satisfying their large and diverse needs. Greg has a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Bret Bowser, PMP, is Director of Operations and Professional Services. As Director of Operations, Bret is responsible for day to day operations of the company and ensuring that systems and processes support the Eos Group mission and goals. As Director of Professional Services, Bret’s staff is responsible for the success of a variety of projects including discovery efforts, process development, software deployment, and cost estimating software training. Bret has extensive experience in professional services project management, strategic planning, and operations execution. Bret has a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Tony Colburn, BIM/VDC Manager, is responsible for helping Eos Group clients move towards the most significant process and technology evolution in the construction industry; BIM (Business Information Modeling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction). Specifically 5D, or fifth dimension of BIM, which concerns the integration of design model quantification and costing. He also leads Eos Group's Hard Dollar team to include account management, professional services, and marketing. Hard Dollar is a project cost management solution for estimating, scheduling integration, and project control. Tony has executive and field management experience in both the heavy/highway and commercial construction industries. He received his BS degree in Political Science from University of Oregon.
