  • Assign and manage resources and responsibilities
      (including coordination of customer resources when necessary)
  • Coordinate with client's in-house IT personnel
  • Develop product requirements for any system customization
Development and Implementation
  • Design, engineer, and test project components including database
      development, custom reports, integration and work process applications
      and estimate/cost history systems
  • Execute project plan using standard project management processes
  • Develop guidelines for department/enterprise work processes
  • Provide system admin and end user training
  • Establish archiving procedures
  • Launch completed implementation phase
  • Upon completion of each stage,
    • We will provide you with a milestone schedule and budget for the next stage
    • We will request your review and sign off approval before proceeding
    • We will study our performance and survey the results
  • Continue phased implementation
